IRON SHEIK VS SGT. SLAUGHTER FEUD VOL 1 (I'd threatned to put together this compilation for
years - but never did. Well, Cactusbix got tired of me threatening and went ahead and did
it. And did a better job on it than I would have. What we have here is a very thorough
recap of the Sheik/Slaughter feud from 1984 that lit up the WWF. Tons of great stuff here.
One note: on TV items, the date given is for the air date, while on house show matches, the
date given is the actual date of the match. Some items appear to be out of date because
of how the promos lined for various cities lined up, but they're actually in a logical
order. Trust me, it'll all make sense when you see the discs. Quality varies and is
listed for each item.)

angle that I haven't seen since it originally aired in 1984. Awesome!)

match has some video problems throughout; it's worth it, though, as this is an excellent
little-seen match featuring an incredible chairshot where Sheik just THROWS a metal chair
at the back of Sgt. Slaughter's head, cutting his shoulder and back and crashing off of
his skull and onto Gorilla's Monsoon's desk. Incredible!)

my favorite match of all-time and recently voted #1 WWF Match of the 80s by the readers
of the DVDVR website. Great, great match, with maybe the most crowd heat *EVER*.)
