RINGS MILLENNIUM COMBINE 3 - 8/23/00 (This is a show loaded with top stars in the MMA world,
	yet it goes a long way toward showing how RINGS flopped in MMA.  The restrictions on
	striking - no head punching on the ground, no knees at all on the ground - lead to lots of
	stalling and generally boring action once the fight goes to the mat.  The result, at least
	on this show, is a whole lot of time-limit decisions that aren't very exciting.
